Returns Policy

At ASTRAFIL we manufacture and extrude our filaments with complete control of the process, from the granule to the final winding. This policy reflects our confidence in the quality of each spool.

If you wish to make a return, please consider the following conditions:

1. Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

You have 20 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request the return of any product, without the need for justification.

Conditions:

• The product must be in its original unopened packaging, with the seal, zip bag, and silica gel seal intact.
• The product must not have been used or handled.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to ASTRAFIL.

2. Manufacturing defect — ASTRAFIL quality guarantee

• Diameter variation outside of tolerance (>±0.05 mm), verifiable with a caliper.
• Filament breakage within the sealed spool.
• Excessive moisture in unopened product causing bubbling or degradation in the extrusion.
• Serious colour inconsistency compared to the batch declared on the packaging.

1. Send an email tosoporte@astrafil.comindicating order number, manufacturing batch (indicated on the reel label) and description of the defect.
2. Attach a photograph or video of the problem and the approximate weight of the remaining material.
3. Our team will respond within a maximum of 72 working hours with a solution.

Does not cover:Problems arising from incorrect printer configuration, inappropriate temperatures or printing speeds, or deterioration due to incorrect storage of the product once opened.

3. Partially used reel with technical issue

If you have consumed more than 30%, you can send us a sample of approximately 50 cm for analysis at the plant. We will evaluate the case individually and inform you of the resolution within 5 working days.

4. Orders with invoice to company (B2B)

The same conditions for manufacturing defects apply to B2B orders. The voluntary withdrawal period of 20 days applies only to end consumers (individuals). Companies have a legal period of 14 calendar days. For customers with recurring volume, the conditions can be agreed upon in a framework contract.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned goods have been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

This policy has been drafted in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD) and the Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE).

The main server of ASTRAFIL is located in the European Union, so the ordinary processing of data does not involve international transfers. ASTRAFIL markets its products in Spain, the European Union, and international markets. Customer data located in other EU countries is covered by the GDPR with the same guarantees applied to Spanish customers. For customers outside the EU, processing is governed by this policy and applicable local laws, with INNOVAPLASTIC TECH, SL being the data controller in all cases.

• Customer and order data: 5 years (Commercial Code).
• Tax and billing data: 10 years (General Tax Law).
• Support and after-sales communications: 3 years.
• Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
• Browsing and analytics data: 26 months maximum.

After these periods, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
